Civilian Material Works (Pty) Ltd is a provider of custom software and online services.

The user, once receiving ownership of the software, remains the owner of that copy, and Civilian Material Works makes no effort to limit the usage thereof.

Our user data is strictly confidential. Civilian Material Works will only make user data available to civilian authorities if compelled to do so by law.

Civilian Material Works can accept no liability for the usage and ownership of the software or online services.

To ensure a favourable experience for all its users online, Civilian Material Works retains the right to limit or prevent any user's usage of our online services.

Specific Terms for Online Services

Failure to adhere to the following will be grounds for any an all punitive measures:
• Users may not engage in harrassment, including spam and unsolicited advertising.
• Users may not share abuse material featuring minors or animals, whether fictional or real.

These terms are subject to change, and the user is invited to study them at intervals for alignment with their own values.
